Professor Egan is Director of ANSPAG and is also Head of the Department of Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering at Monash.

Mr. Richard Nelson, Research Fellow
 

Mr Tony Newstead, Chairman
Mr Newstead is Chairman of ANSPAG and brings with him a wealth of experience from a long career in Telecommunications. Mr Newstead is one of the first Fellows of the Telecommunications Society of Australia and lectures on Telecommunications in Corporate Management for the Monash MBA program.

Mr Philip Branch, Senior Research Engineer
Mr Branch comes from a strong career in industry and is an expert in applications for advanced networks, particularly video-based applications and WWW applications. Mr Branch is Project Leader for the Video-on-Demand subproject and Pilot Trials. For more detail see personal page.

Mr Jason But, Network Engineer
Mr But has experience as a Network Engineer in the industry sector before joining ANSPAG in 1997.

Mr Brett Pentland, Research Engineer
Mr Pentland's specific skills are in the area of performance issues in realtime services over dissimilar networks. He is involved in monitoring and analysing activities of the Network Testbed and feeding into the research activities of ANSPAG.

Ms Lesley Collins, Secretary
Ms Collins is an experienced Research and University Administrator.

Ms Sonja Ahrens, Business Manager
Ms Ahrens comes from industry and provides management, financial and marketing support to ANSPAG.
